Yellowstone Season 4 full new trailer sparks excitement for the next chapter in the Dutton family saga. Kevin Costner shared the video with the sneaky caption, “I don’t know if you’re ready for this one.” We have a pretty good feeling that John Dutton will survive the shoot that took place in the previous finale, but many fans are still worried about the fate of the breeding patriarch.
The Paramount Network previously confirmed the hit show’s return in November. It’s a hell of a wait to find out what happened to the Dutton family after the explosive Season 3 finale. Nonetheless, it gives everyone plenty of time to watch Yellowstone Seasons 1-3 and catch up on everything. wild, western action.
The drama stars Costner as John Dutton, the sixth generation patriarch of the Dutton family, who controls the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, the largest contiguous ranch in the United States. It is still a border country and the ranch is constantly attacked by real estate developers, an Indian reservation and the neighboring national park.
John’s family includes his son Kayce Dutton, a former Navy SEAL whose wife, Monica, is Native American. There’s his daughter Beth Dutton, a financier who has struggled with addiction issues. Youngest son Jamie Dutton is a lawyer and aspiring politician. And Rip Wheeler is the ranch foreman with romantic ties to Beth.
The explosive Season 3 finale started off with many Duttons’ lives at stake. No one is completely safe, not even Costner! (Just kidding, he’s totally safe.)

Yellowstone Season 4 Release Date
Paramount Network has set the Yellowstone Season 4 release date for Sunday, November 7.
Fans have been waiting for a confirmed premiere date for months. Many were hoping to see Season 4 fall around Father’s Day, since the previous three seasons premiered in June. And filming ended in November (although there were a few revivals this spring). Well, they say absence makes the heart more loving.
The first full trailer for Yellowstone Season 4 is packed with action and emotional confrontations. “Don’t die on me,” Rip Wheeler orders a bloodied John Dutton, who has been caught in a hail of bullets.
Meanwhile, the infamous Garrett is once again throwing words at his biological son, Jamie Dutton. He does not believe in the concepts of “righteousness” or “morality. What about right or wrong? “Asks Jamie. And Garrett replies,” There is no such thing. “
Previously, Paramount Network released the very first Yellowstone Season 4 trailer in early July, giving us our first look at footage from the upcoming season. While much of the footage is re-edited scenes from previous episodes, we get a first glimpse of Rip and John in the aftermath of the season three finale.

Costner is quite active on Instagram, where he posted a few snaps from the shooting of season 4 of Yellowstone.
The first arrived in October, at mid-production. “It’s hard to beat Montana in October,” he enthuses.
In another post in February, he gets fans excited about the new season. Okay, but couldn’t you give us a video teaser?
In April, Costner announced that he was “missing the Yellowstone Ranch.” But still no word on a premiere date.

The Yellowstone cast is led by Kevin Costner as John Dutton, a sixth generation patriarch of the Dutton family who operates the Yellowstone / Dutton Ranch.
He is joined by cast members including:

- Jefferson White as Jimmy Hurdstrom, a ranch
- Denim Richards as Colby, a ranch man
Season 3 featured new faces at the ranch, but it’s unclear if they’ll be back for Season 4. They include Josh Holloway as Roarke Morris, Karen Pittman as Willa Hays and Will Patton in the role of Garrett Randall.
Deadline also reports that new actors will be arriving in the fourth season, including Jacki Weaver (Animal Kingdom) as Caroline Warner, the “CEO of Market Equities who tries to crush John Dutton’s hold on his sprawling Montana ranch. . ”
Piper Perabo (Secret Affairs), Kathryn Kelly (Nashville) and Finn Little (Those Who Wish Me Death) also join the cast of the series.
Yellowstone Season 4 Plot and Spoilers
Yellowstone Season 4 will have a huge cliffhanger to work out, after the season finale has ended so explosively. A bomb went off in Beth’s office, while Kayce and John were the targets of separate shootings. Will the three Dutton survive?
The teaser has already confirmed that John survives the events of the finale. It must have something to do with the “powerful” resolve that Kevin Costner claimed the character had in a local Fox interview.
As for Beth, Reilly and Hauser have both talked about her future with Rip, implying that she will come out of the bombing. Assuming Beth lives, maybe she and Rip will finally make it official and get married.
That said, there has also been a lot of speculation online that Beth is dying, with a Reddit thread reported in Country Living suggesting that John’s alive makes it more likely Beth won’t. We have no way of knowing if this is all true, of course, but it’s always fun to see what people think.
Either way, fans can expect Season 4 to start off at a “breakneck pace,” according to actor White. It seems likely that the Duttons and their allies will respond to the bombardments and shootings with some sort of retaliation. As Hauser told Deadline, Episode 1 of Season 4 could be titled “Wrath of Rip”.
“Everyone’s in danger in Montana after this,” he said. Given the trailer’s focus on revenge, it looks like the Duttons will settle some scores.
Another intriguing storyline set for Season 4 is the strained relationship between the Duttons and the indigenous peoples of the region. Things seem to be overflowing and Monica can be a key part of it as she is thinking of becoming a local tribal leader.
Yellowstone prequel
Yellowstone fans get even more Dutton Ranch action with a prequel series on Paramount Plus. Entitled Y: 1883, the spin-off takes place 125 years in the past, before the family was wealthy or influential.
According to Paramount Plus, Y: 1883 “follows the Dutton family as they set out on a westward journey across the Great Plains to the last stronghold of wild America. It is a brutal account of Western expansion and an intense study of a family fleeing poverty, seeking a better future in the United States’ promised land, Montana. ”
