Cyber security firm Palo Alto Networks on Thursday unveiled its new multicloud location in India dedicated to serving local and regional customers.
“The new cloud location underscores the importance of India in the global strategy and Palo Alto Networks’ commitment to the country,” the company said in an official statement.
As cyber attacks become more complex and sophisticated, detecting and preventing threats is becoming increasingly difficult, time-consuming and expensive. The new data location will help the company deliver a holistic, cloud-based, community-driven approach to aggregate threat analysis while meeting the data residency and privacy needs that are important to organizations. in India, he said.
Direct and efficient access
It will also enable India-based organizations and other regional organizations to gain direct, high-performance access to Palo Alto Networks solutions such as Prisma Cloud, Cortex XDR, WildFire and Cortex Data Lake, while enabling the storage of their newspapers within Indian borders. Additionally, India-based customers can currently also take advantage of Palo Alto Networks local cloud locations with Prisma Access.
