Taking place at 6 a.m. EDT / 11 a.m. BST / 8 p.m. AEST, you can watch the great product revealed live on the company’s YouTube channel, or you can register for the event directly from the home of Canon.

While Canon is keeping its cards close to its chest on the exact purpose of the launch event, the claim that this is the most exciting announcement of the year is certainly a bold statement and likely to make a difference. ‘be something worth putting together for live streaming.

What can we expect from today’s Canon camera launch?

While the teaser and event page say very little, the snippets of information help us get a feel for what is likely to be revealed.

The teaser shows off the RF mount, so it will almost certainly be a full frame mirrorless camera, or maybe some newer RF lenses – if we’re lucky, maybe the two will come our way. .
