If you’re one of the many still on the hunt for a PlayStation 5, you’re about to get another shot at GameStop, as the retailer will bring the coveted next-gen console online from tomorrow, the Jan. 21, at 11 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. PT. The retailer will provide the Standard PS5 on disc as part of a set including a copy of Call of Duty: Vanguard, an additional DualSense controller in red, a $50 Gamestop gift card, and a 12-month PlayStation Plus membership.
GameStop hasn’t provided details on the exact cost of the bundle — or whether replenishment will take place online or in person — but the total of everything on offer is around $750. Another small catch is that replenishment will only be available to Powerup Pro members. However, becoming a Pro member only costs $14.99 per month and entitles you to an annual membership in the program.
As always, we recommend logging into your GameStop account as soon as possible, filling out your payment information, and ensuring that your billing and shipping information is correct. This will cut down on the time it takes to verify, so you have a better chance of finally landing on a PS5.
However, if you can’t get one tomorrow, don’t worry! We will continue to post stock updates as they occur.
