The emote was apparently on sale to coincide with Scott Astroworld’s music festival, which ended prematurely when eight people died after being crushed in what witnesses call an overcrowded and dangerous place. After the incident, Scott was criticized for allegedly continuing the concert while people were crushed and for not having enough security protocols in place. Last year the rapper hosted a Fortnite virtual concert and several Travis Scott themed items were created and sold to celebrate the event.
