These teams faced off in week five of the regular season game and it marked the Bills’ biggest win of the season against anyone not named the Patriots. Buffalo won that game, 38-20. The loss dropped KC to 2-3 in the young season. They went 10-2 the rest of the way.

The Chiefs are 1-point favorites against the Bills. The over/under is 54. The winner of this game will face Cincinnati in next week’s AFC Championship after the Bengals stunned the Tennessee Titans yesterday.
